Gorgeous and rich red velvet brownies, swirled with luscious cream cheese. Perfect for Valentine's Day or anytime!
Ingredients
- Tastefully Simple's Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownie Mix
- ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. red food coloring
- 3 eggs divided
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingredients and 2 eggs; reserve about ¼ cup of batter. Pour remaining batter into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, remaining egg, sugar and vanilla; stir until smooth. Gently spread over brownie batter; dollop reserved brownie batter on top.
