Gorgeous and rich red velvet brownies, swirled with luscious cream cheese. Perfect for Valentine's Day or anytime!

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingredients and 2 eggs; reserve about ¼ cup of batter. Pour remaining batter into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, remaining egg, sugar and vanilla; stir until smooth. Gently spread over brownie batter; dollop reserved brownie batter on top. Swirl together using a butter knife. Bake 45 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Makes about 16 servings.
