Grlled Chicken Salad with Honey Apple Grill Sauce


 

Oh so perfect for those of us watching our waistline!

3/4 cup Tastefully Simple's Honey Apple Grill Sauce
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 cups torn fresh spinach
10 oz red raspberries
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

Directions
Brush chicken with Honey Apple Grill Sauce, reserved 1/4 cup for glaze; cook 5 minutes preside on grill or 25-30 minutes in the oven. Turn chicken over 1/2 way; brush with additional sauce.
Meanwhile, arrange spinach, raspberries, onion and almonds on individual plates. Slice each grilled chicken breast; place on top of salads. Drizzle with remaining Honey Apple Grill Sauce.
